Job summary

GF Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction during their stay. You will clean guest rooms, restrooms, and public areas, make beds, launder linens, and keep equipment and supplies organized to support smooth hotel operations.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a reliable team player, and able to follow hotel standards for cleanliness and safety. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred, and strong communication helps meet guest needs

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products.
• Over 1 year as a professional housekeeper strongly desired.
• Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certification.
• Possesses a strong work ethic with exemplary organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer general questions from guests
• Clean and arrange hotel rooms in accordance with our hotel’s standards prior to guest arrival
• Vacuum, mop, make beds, dust and polish furniture, stock rooms with toiletries, and do laundry as needed
• Maintain common spaces including the hotel lobby, corridors, and public restrooms
• Track rooms cleaned and document lost and found items, damage, and repairs needed
