Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of overnight experience in a luxury hotel front desk or guest services.
• Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication; additional languages a plus.
• Familiarity with Forbes 5-Star service standards or equivalent luxury brand expectations.
• Understanding of hotel operations, room categories, reservations, and privacy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide anticipatory, personalized service throughout the guest stay.
• Coordinate pre-arrival, in-stay, and post-departure activities for guests.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and special arrangements with discretion.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, outlets, and services for guests.
• Communicate effectively with all hotel departments to ensure satisfaction.
• Document guest issues and ensure timely resolution and follow-up.
