Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a team member to support overnight operations, receiving and preparing products while maintaining floor Displays and back stock to company standards.

Responsibilities include quality checks, stock replenishment, and providing courteous customer service, with adherence to safety and health regulations. Lifting up to 50 lbs and flexible scheduling are required.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.

Responsibilities

• Checks product to ensure it meets WFM quality standards.
• Accurately sorts and scans waste.
• Maintains production standards.
• Stocks and cleans shelves, bins, and food preparation areas.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Receives product from receiving location to sales floor or appropriate back stock spaces.
• Provides excellent customer service and addresses needs of customers in a timely and effective manner.
• Maximizes sales potential through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising product.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned; ensures accuracy of signs and pricing.
• Immediately reports safety hazards and violations.
