Job summary

Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking team members for overnight support to receive, prep, and stock products while maintaining floor, displays, and back stock per company standards.

Responsibilities include ensuring quality, accuracy of invoices outside receiving hours, and delivering excellent customer service. Candidates should be able to lift 50 pounds and work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic knowledge of all products carried in the department.
• Ability to visually examine products for quality and freshness.
• Ability to perform simple math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
• Strong to excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Ability to deliver information clearly to customers, Team Members, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Checks product to ensure it meets quality standards.
• Accurately sorts and scans waste.
• Maintains production standards.
• Stocks and cleans shelves, bins, and food prep areas.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Receives product and reports miss-picks to leadership.
• Provides excellent customer service and answers phones promptly.
• Merchandises products and ensures accurate signage and pricing.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
• Reports safety hazards and adheres to health regulations.
