Job summary

Qualifications

• WFM role requires delivering courteous, friendly service and following SOPs.
• Ability to learn basic knowledge of products and departments.
• Good communication and professional interaction with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Checks product to ensure it meets quality standards.
• Accurately sorts and scans waste.
• Maintains production standards and clean shelves.
• Stocks and cleans shelves, bins, and prep areas.
• Maintains back stock and reports miss-picks to leadership.
• Receives product from receiving to floor or back stock.
• Aids in overnight deliveries and staging for other teams.
• Provides excellent customer service and answers phones promptly.
• Preps, stores, rotates, stocks, and merchandises products for sale.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Ensures signs and pricing accuracy and opens/closes the station as needed.
• Reports safety hazards and performs other duties as assigned.
