Assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals established for the department and monitor all quality assurance standards. Responsibilities:

1. Promote trust and respect among associates.
2. Create a welcoming environment for customers by answering questions and providing product suggestions.
3. Gain knowledge of products and inform customers about specials.
4. Check product quality, review sell-by dates, and ensure freshness.
5. Label, stock, and inventory merchandise, ensuring customers receive fresh products.
6. Report discrepancies and safety issues to management.
7. Maintain safety protocols and proper equipment functioning.
8. Perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications:

Minimum:
