Job summary

Snappy's in Philipsburg, PA is hiring an Overnight Grille Cook to prepare fresh food and serve customers during the night shift. You will cook hot and cold menu items, maintain quality and safety, and help ensure the grille is ready for the next shift.

High school diploma or GED is required; prior food service experience is welcome though not mandatory as training is provided. Earn between $15 and $17 per hour with weekly pay and employee discounts.

Qualifications

What You'll Do:

As an Overnight Grille Cook, you'll prepare fresh food for our customers while providing great service and keeping food quality and safety top of mind.

• Prepare Customer Favorites: Cook and prepare hot and cold menu items accurately and efficiently, including made-to-order items and Grille Express selections.
• Serve Up Great Service: Provide friendly, helpful service and make sure customers have a great experience.
• Keep It Clean: Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly clean equipment and food-preparation areas.
• Follow Food Safety Standards: Properly prepare, handle, and store food while following health and safety requirements.
• Prep for the Next Shift: Complete necessary food prep, restocking, and other duties to help ensure the Grille is ready for the next shift.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Previous retail, restaurant, or food service experience is preferred, but not required. We'll train the right person!
• Skills: Ability to prepare food accurately, manage multiple orders, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Attitude: A positive attitude and commitment to providing great customer service.
