A Mechanic will be responsible for providing overnight shift coverage and must demonstrate strong troubleshooting abilities across all areas of facility maintenance. The role performs preventative maintenance on major equipment and building systems. In addition, includes guest rooms, meeting spaces, front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house areas, as well as kitchen, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Candidates should have a minimum of three years of building maintenance experience and possess a solid working knowledge of all major building systems, including life‑safety systems. Strong communication skills are essential for success in this position.
