The successful candidate will perform labor and operational tasks at a quarry and crushing plant, including general plant labor and assisting with plant operations. Responsibilities include operating heavy equipment, performing inspections, and following safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Safety-focused through all tasks and procedures.
• Experience operating heavy equipment (bobcat, skid steer, haul truck).
• Self-motivated, able to perform duties without constant supervision.
• Ability to learn quickly and understand safety instructions.
• Willing to work weekends and overtime as necessary.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Complete manual labor tasks around the job site with shovels and hand tools.
• Operate heavy equipment such as a skid steer, backhoe, compacting roller, haul truck or dozer as needed.
• Perform daily pre- and post-inspections with documentation per policies; service and maintain equipment as directed.
• Demonstrate effective communication applicable to the position.
• Operate equipment with competency, skill, and proficiency.
• Follow all safety policies and MSHA/environmental regulations.

The successful candidate will perform a variety of labor and operational tasks at a quarry and crushing plant, including general plant labor, clean‑up, shoveling from conveyors, and assisting with plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Complete various manual labor tasks around the job site – including work with shovels, and various other hand tools.
• Operate some heavy equipment – such as a skid steer, backhoe, compacting roller, haul truck, or dozer – as needed.
• Perform daily pre‑and post‑inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies. Perform servicing and maintenance of equipment as trained and directed by management.
• Effective communication skills applicable to position.
• Operate equipment with a high degree of competency, skill, and proficiency.
• Properly follow all company policies and MSHA / Environmental regulations for safe working procedures and environment.
