Job summary

Evermore Orlando Resort seeks a proactive guest services/security associate to welcome guests, handle questions, and resolve issues across a dynamic resort setting. You will assist with check-ins/outs, verify payments, and coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure smooth stays.

Strong English communication and a customer-first mindset are essential. We value a flexible, weekend-friendly schedule, safety awareness, and the ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in security, guest service or related area.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License with acceptable driving record preferred.
• Knowledge of security protocols and OSHA standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and rotating schedules.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Extend a warm welcome to guests/visitors, answer questions and provide directions.
• Address guest issues promptly and escalate to appropriate department.
• Must strive to provide exceptional customer service and create a positive first impression.
• Process guest check-ins, check-outs, and accommodation changes.
• Secure payment and verify identification; activate access credentials.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to track accommodation status and guest concerns.
• Run daily reports and file guest paperwork or incident reports.
• Answer, record, and process guest calls and requests; follow up to satisfaction.
• Assist guests and Team Members during emergency situations.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect assets.
