Waldorf Astoria Chicago is looking for an Overnight Front Office Ambassador to join our team in the Gold Coast neighborhood.

Recognized as one of the Best Hotels in the World and in Chicago, our hotel features 215 rooms, over 5,000 sq ft of meeting space, and four food and beverage outlets, including a restaurant, two bars, and in-room dining.

The Ambassador will be responsible for ensuring a positive guest arrival and departure experience, addressing operational needs related to guest requests, resolving challenges, and promoting our services and amenities. The role requires availability for overnight shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
