Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Night Auditor to join our team at Schulte Hospitality Group’s Westborough location. The role handles front desk duties, audits daily ledgers, and ensures accurate guest charges, with responsibilities including reservations and guest issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Audits daily guest ledger.
• Posts daily room rates and taxes.
• Ensures accuracy of guest folio charges.
• Checks guests in and out; handles reservations.
• Monitors front desk area and security cameras.
• Works nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Audits the daily guestledger
• Handles all end-of-day accounting functions including posting daily room rates and roomtax
• Ensures accuracy of all charges toguest folios
• Averages sum of revenues of all accounts receivable from food, room andother departments
• Acts as front desk clerk, checking guests in and out, bookingreservations and resolving guest issues
• Make cash drops in accordance with proper cash handlingprocedures
• Organize the Front Desk area so that the A.M. Front Desk staff can properly prepare for theirshift
• Monitors hotel security camerasystem
• Ensures that lobby is well-maintained, properly lit and with music at proper volume
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Any other duties asassigned
