Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience a plus.
• Ability to multitask, insure accuracy, and remain highly organized.
• Ability to work all shifts, including overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and registers guests, directs to rooms, relays messages.
• Prints reports and distributes to management after night audit.
• Balances systems and researches any out-of-balance amounts.
• Batches credit cards/gift cards and resolves variances nightly.
• Reconciles pay-per-view/movie system with property management system.
• Contributes to team effort by completing projects/tasks as needed.
