Job summary

Hotel Equities is seeking a Night Auditor for the Orangewood Inn & Suites in KC, MO. The overnight front desk professional will assist guests, manage check-ins/outs, handle calls, and maintain accurate cash and guest records, ensuring guest satisfaction around the clock.

The candidate should be able to work the overnight shift, communicate effectively, and uphold safety and service standards across hotel operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma /Secondary qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.
• Basic computer skills to operate various property management and reservations systems, etc.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services and room location.
• Answer phones in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Upsell rooms to maximize hotel revenue.
• Record guest preferences in the system.
• Check guests out and resolve late or disputed charges.
