The role requires OPERA PMS experience and strong math and accounting basics, with duties including balance of accounts, nightly reporting, and supporting the rooms division to ensure profitability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Prior OPERA PMS experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
• Balance revenue and settle accounts nightly.
• Act as MOD on relief overnights.
