Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in New Braunfels, TX is seeking a Member Services Representative for the overnight shift. You will greet members, handle check-ins, assist with membership sales, and promote programs while delivering excellent customer service.

This role requires strong communication, reliability, and a friendly demeanor. You will maintain front-desk operations, support club cleanliness, and help ensure a grand-opening ready facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in reading and writing.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Greets members and guests with enthusiasm and supports Crunch SLA.
• Assists with membership, retail and tanning product sales.
• Promotes membership privileges including tanning, group fitness, and childcare.
• Handles new member enrollment and guest conversion.
• Answers phones professionally and maintains front-desk operations.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area and supports events.
