La Quinta Inn & Suites Morgantown is seeking a dependable Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. You will work overnight, assist guests, and ensure accurate nightly financials while maintaining excellent service.

Responsibilities include check-ins/outs, auditing, reporting, and coordinating with morning staff. Strong attention to detail and reliability are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk or Night Auditor experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel property management software.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Must be able to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests during overnight hours with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Perform guest check-ins and check-outs accurately.
• Balance daily financial transactions and complete the nightly audit.
• Prepare reports and reconcile room revenue, payments, and cash receipts.
• Answer phones and respond to guest requests promptly.
• Monitor hotel security and conduct routine property walkthroughs.
• Address guest concerns professionally and elevate issues when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby.
• Prepare the front desk for the morning shift.
