Leisure Hotel in Elko, NV is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to oversee overnight front desk operations, perform nightly audit procedures, and ensure financial accuracy while delivering exceptional guest service during the night shift. You will manage guest accounts and balance reports with accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have hospitality or accounting experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently on overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or hotel front desk preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with hotel management software and basic computer skills.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality education a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit procedures to balance financial transactions and guest accounts.
• Prepare and review daily financial reports, including revenue summaries and audit reports.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours with excellent service.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain security and safety protocols during the night shift.
• Ensure front desk operations are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to address guest needs and facility issues.
