Responsibilities

• Balance nightly hotel transactions and ensure accurate financials.
• Check guests in/out with attention to room assignments.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide local information.
• Prepare daily reports for management.
• Manage night-time security and escalate issues as needed.
• Process cash, credit card transactions and postings.
• Communicate handover notes to the next shift.
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization.
• Provide wake-up calls and basic guest services.
• Troubleshoot hotel equipment and escalate issues.
