Responsibilities include greeting guests, sign-in assistance, rounds for safety, responding to inquiries, maintaining logs, basic cleaning, and collaborating with other departments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or senior living.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Monitor front desk operations overnight and maintain a visible presence.
• Welcome all guests warmly, determine nature of business, assist with sign-in procedure, and announce guest to appropriate personnel or resident.
• Monitor the community through periodic rounds, including common areas and entry points, to ensure a safe and secure living environment residents.
• Respond to resident requests or concerns in a timely manner.
• Respond to emergency situations by following established procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate log of incidents, rounds, and overnight activity.
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
• Deliver newspapers to resident apartments or mailboxes.
• Perform light cleaning of common areas, public bathrooms, windows, floors, and light fixtures.
• Empty trash in all the common areas including the office, kitchen, and resident trash rooms.
• Provide support to other departments as assigned by supervisor.
• Report on-the-job injuries to the supervisor before the end of the work shift on the day the injury occurs.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and community information.
• Other duties as assigned.
