Drury Plaza Hotel - 9625 North Meridian Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46290 is hiring a Front Desk Associate. You will check guests in/out, promote sales programs, handle cash, and balance daily receipts.

You may assist with breakfast setup and service, and sometimes work alone during night shifts to ensure guest safety and a exceptional experience. The role emphasizes friendly, efficient service, adherence to Drury policies, and the department’s positive culture.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to take written and verbal direction in English.
• Ability to relate to the public in a warm, friendly manner.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
• Familiarity with Drury Hotels policies and guest services.
• Ability to handle money and use office machines.

Responsibilities

• Perform front desk responsibilities: check-in/out, promote sales programs, maintain guest records, cash handling.
• Audit previous day’s receipts, balance entries, run reports and verify accuracy.
• Assist with breakfast setup and possible food prep/service/cleaning.
• Work alone during night shifts and ensure guest safety and provide courteous service.
