Job summary

Shaner Hotels in Buffalo, NY, is seeking a Night Auditor for a part-time, in-person role. You will balance daily revenue and expenses, assist guests at the front desk, and handle check-ins/outs per hotel standards.

The position requires 1+ year of customer service experience (hotel experience preferred). Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and computer skills are beneficial. A flexible schedule including nights is expected.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers.
• Computer experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guest needs and balance revenue/expenses during the audit shift.
• Perform front desk duties when on audit shift.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs per hotel requirements.
• Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments/personnel.
• Adhere to payment, cash handling and credit policies/procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
