Job summary

UFC FIT in Plantation, FL seeks an Overnight Front Desk Team Member to provide a welcoming, safe, clean, and professional experience for members during overnight hours. You will check in members, answer general questions, monitor access, and maintain front desk and facilities.

The ideal candidate is dependable, comfortable working independently, and committed to delivering excellent customer service while upholding UFC FIT standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in members while providing a friendly and professional experience
• Assist members with general questions, membership information, and club services
• Monitor club access and help maintain a safe environment throughout the overnight shift
• Answer phones and provide basic customer service assistance
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk, gym floor, locker rooms, and common areas
• Perform regular walkthroughs of the facility to ensure equipment and areas are safe and presentable
• Restock supplies and complete assigned overnight cleaning and operational tasks
• Report maintenance, safety, or member concerns to club management
• Follow all UFC FIT policies, procedures, and emergency protocols
• Provide a positive member experience and represent UFC FIT professionally at all times
