Planet Fitness is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Associate to welcome members with a confident, professional and friendly approach. You will greet, assist, and provide accurate information while ensuring a smooth check-in experience.

You will handle transactions, promote benefits and ongoing promotions, answer questions about policies, and help keep the club clean and welcoming during late-night hours. This position requires reliability and a strong customer‑service mindset.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Six months in face-to-face customer service in retail required or 1 year fitness experience preferred.

Planet Fitness, a private equity backed fitness retailer, is seeking candidates for the role of an Overnight Front Desk Associate.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Welcome and exit members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner with hellos and goodbyes.Anticipate member's needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all membersProvide gracious and efficient telephone service.
