Planet Fitness is hiring Front Desk Associates to warmly welcome and assist members, handle calls, and promote promotions. You will balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment while delivering accurate transactions and maintaining cleanliness.

Ideal candidates have 18+ years old, with at least 6 months in customer service or 1 year fitness experience, and a flexible, friendly, self-motivated attitude. Part-time hours available with benefits for full-time roles where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Six months face-to-face customer service experience in a retail environment or 1 year fitness experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members with a confident, professional, friendly welcome and farewells.
• Handle phone inquiries promptly and knowledgeably.
• Resolve member concerns with strong communication and problem-solving.
• Maintain club cleanliness for up to 50% of the shift.
• Process payments, give change and receipts accurately.
• Promote products and promotions to drive revenue.

The Front Desk Associate must be adept at balancing multiple tasks with a friendly, courteous demeanor.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Welcome and exit members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner with hellos and goodbyes.Anticipate member's needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all membersProvide gracious and efficient telephone service.
