Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Associate to welcome members, handle payments, and deliver fast, friendly service in a high-energy club environment.

You will answer questions, promote benefits and promotions, maintain cleanliness during the shift, and work a rotating overnight schedule including weekends. A HS diploma and some customer service in retail or fitness are required; 401(k) and health benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 18 years old or older
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Six months face to face customer service experience in a retail environment required or 1-year Fitness experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet and farewell members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
• Anticipate and respond to members' needs, providing prompt and accurate information.
• Provide gracious and efficient telephone service and answer calls knowledgeably.
• Resolve customer concerns using strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain club cleanliness for up to 50% of the shift.
• Handle payments, give change and receipts with accuracy.
• Promote products and special promotions to drive revenue.
• Answer questions about policies and procedures in a clear, customer-friendly way.

Planet Fitness, a private equity backed fitness retailer, is seeking candidates for the role of an Overnight Front Desk Associate.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Welcome and exit members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner with hellos and goodbyes.Anticipate member's needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all membersProvide gracious and efficient telephone service.
