Job summary

Planet Fitness in Fairfield, CT is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Associate to greet and assist members during overnight shifts. This part-time role requires strong customer service, cash handling, and the ability to maintain a clean club environment.

Responsibilities include answering phones, resolving member inquiries, processing payments, promoting benefits and promotions, and working with a team to ensure a safe, welcoming experience for all members during the graveyard shift.

• Proven ability to answer customers' questions and give information regarding the business procedures and policies in an exact and customer-friendly way.

Hours

Initial training hours may vary as well as when the needs of the facility change.

The employee must frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and move objects up to 75 pounds.

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years old or older.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Six months face to face customer service experience in a retail environment required or 1-year Fitness experience preferred.
