Responsibilities

• Welcome and exit members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
• Provide gracious and efficient telephone service; answer calls promptly and knowledgeably.
• Accept payments, give change and receipts with accuracy.
• Promote products and special promotions to drive revenue.
• Maintain cleanliness of the club during the shift (up to 50%).
• Respond to member questions and explain policies clearly and customer-friendly.

Planet Fitness, a private equity backed fitness retailer, is seeking candidates for the role of an Overnight Front Desk Associate.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Welcome and exit members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner with hellos and goodbyes.Anticipate member's needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all membersProvide gracious and efficient telephone service.
