Job summary

Red Jacket Resorts in Cape Cod, MA is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Agent to deliver warm, efficient service during night shifts and create memorable experiences for our guests.

You will check guests in and out, manage reservations, answer inquiries, reconcile accounts, and coordinate with other departments to ensure 100% satisfaction.

This on-site role offers on-the-job training and growth within a respected hospitality brand focused on guest care.

Responsibilities

• Checking guests in and out of resort in a warm and friendly manner
• Being knowledgeable of all the features, amenities, daily programming, hours of operation, room types, numbers, layout, décor, and locations of the resort collection
• You will also be knowledgeable about room rates, special packages and promotions
• Maintain daily house count and expected arrivals/departures
• Utilizing the resort's property management system
• Providing excellent customer service
• Communicating all guest requests with appropriate departments
• Assisting booking reservations as requested
• Verifying all account postings and balances
• Preparing a summary of cash, check, and credit card activities.
• Excellent problem-solving and empowerment skill set.
