Red Jacket Beach Resort in South Yarmouth, MA is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, check them in and out, and help create a memorable beach vacation experience.

You will know the resort features, amenities, daily programming, hours of operation, room types, layout, décor, and promotions; operate the property management system; and coordinate with departments to fulfill guest requests, aiming for 100% guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year Front Desk / Reception experience.
• Ability to provide warm, friendly check-in/out.
• Knowledge of resort features, amenities, daily programming, hours of operation, room types, layout, décor, and locations.
• Experience using a property management system.

Responsibilities

• Checking guests in and out of resort in a warm and friendly manner.
• Being knowledgeable of all resort features, amenities, daily programming, hours of operation, room types, numbers, layout, décor, and locations.
• Knowledge of room rates, special packages and promotions.
• Maintain daily house count and expected arrivals/departures.
• Utilizing the resort's property management system.
• Communicating all guest requests with appropriate departments.
• Assisting booking reservations as requested.
• Excellent problem-solving and empowerment skill set.
