Qualifications

• Experience with guest services, reservations, and cash handling is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service to all guests.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints or inquiries.
• Enter and update reservation information in the system.
• Post charges and process payments for guest accounts.
• Operate the hotel switchboard/PBX.
• Create reservations using the PMS system and confirm details.
• Monitor credit limits on check cashing and manage cash handling.
• Balance shift cash and prepare end-of-shift reports.
