Travel + Leisure Co. in San Francisco is seeking a friendly Guest Services Associate to welcome guests, assist during check-in and checkout, and provide information about the resort, local attractions, and area dining.

You will handle reservations, process payments, and keep guest folios accurate. Open availability to work 10pm–6:30am at two locations: Club Wyndham Inn at the Opera and Suites at Fisherman''s Wharf.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication, reading and writing.
• Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Basic math and cash handling knowledge.
• Multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Basic computer and office skills.

Responsibilities

• Process check-in and check-out, issue keys, and provide resort and area information.
• Provide room rate quotes and confirm reservations.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Balance cash receipts and handle money according to procedures.
