Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks a Guest Services Associate in San Francisco, CA, to warmly welcome guests, guide them through registration, and assist with checkout. You will offer information about the resort, local attractions, and services, and handle room rate quotes and reservations with accuracy.

The role requires strong English communication, cash-handling skills, and a positive, can-do attitude. This position offers open shifts at two SF locations and a comprehensive benefits package.

How You'll Make an Impact:

Bring smiles to guests from around the world by providing warm welcomes. Guide guests through the registration process, issue unit keys, and provide information about the resort and area attractions. Process cash and credit card transactions strictly following established procedures. Balance cash receipts, perform bucket checks, and complete other cashier/money handling responsibilities. Complete all check-out procedures and verify that the correct charges and credits are reflected in guest folios. Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and/or groups. Provide guests with room rate quotes. Respond to guest inquiries and concerns as quickly and completely as possible.

Compensation Generally starting at $25.00 - $25.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, education, skills, training, and work location.
