The Overnight Front Desk Agent at American Airlines – The Landing at Skyview 6 is responsible for providing quality guest services, including registration and check-out, PBX operations, mail and message services, and occasional driving.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet guests and complete the check-in process.
  2. Input and retrieve information from the computer and PMS system.
  3. Provide information to guests about hotel amenities and the local area.
  4. Assist guests with check-out.
  5. Ensure rooms and services are correctly accounted for.
  6. Demonstrate knowledge of hotel information, including room categories, outlet promotions, the local area, and other general product knowledge.
  7. Answer and manage phone calls promptly, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  8. Respond to guest inquiries and requests, resolving issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
  9. Handle guest complaints, conduct research, and negotiate solutions for guest satisfaction.
  10. Receive, retrieve, and relay messages and packages to guests.
  11. Complete all pick-up and drop-off runs as assigned.
  12. Assist guests with luggage and baggage handling and familiarize them with the facilities.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Must have employment eligibility in the U.S.
  2. Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
  3. Valid driver’s license.
  4. Availability to work from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM, including weekends and holidays.
  5. Ability to stand for the entire shift. Occasional walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and use of hands to handle objects, tools, or controls.
  6. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
  7. At least one year of relevant experience, preferably in front desk or customer service roles.
  8. Ability to prioritize, identify problems, seek solutions, and follow through on tasks.
  9. Adherence to company appearance standards and uniform policies.
  10. Membership eligibility for American Airlines Credit Union.
