Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a 3rd shift Forklift Operator for a distribution center in Texas. The role requires 2–3 years of forklift experience, with preferred OSHA certification.

Training on the 1st shift will occur for 1–2 weeks, followed by a 12-hour night schedule from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM. The position emphasizes safe material handling, reliability, and adaptability in a structured shift-based operation. Pay is $19.36 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years forklift experience.
• Distribution center experience preferred.
• OSHA forklift certification preferred.
• Able to work overnight hours on a 3rd shift.
• Willingness to train on 1st shift for 1–2 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift during the 3rd shift in a distribution center environment.
• Follow a 12-hour Pitman Schedule from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
• Complete the initial 1–2 weeks of training on 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
• Use forklift experience to support safe and efficient material handling.
• Apply distribution center experience in a fast-paced operation.
