Job summary

48forty-Solutions,-LLC is seeking a Forklift Operator in Lancaster, TX to move pallets and support production across site areas. You will load/unload trailers, sort pallets by hand, and repair damaged pallets as needed.

The role requires attention to safety and ability to work overtime on 3rd or 4th shifts. Responsibilities include moving stacks to staging, adhering to safety procedures, and maintaining a clean work area while supporting warehouse operations and shipping workflows.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• 1–3 years forklift experience preferred, not required.
• Previous warehouse/logistics experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move sorted pallet stacks to appropriate staging area using Relogistics forklift equipment.
• Operate forklifts with care, following safety procedures at all times.
• Hand-sort wooden pallets when required.
• Repair wooden pallets using a nail gun when needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
