Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Sudbury, MA is seeking team members to provide overnight production support, assist with product preparation, and help with merchandising, stocking, and display. You will ensure quality and safety standards while delivering friendly, efficient service to customers and Team Members.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment. No prior retail experience is required, and you will receive training to follow store SOPs

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Stand for 6–8 hours; walking on feet.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Follow health and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepares products for display and sale; may include cutting fruits/vegetables, measuring, mixing, forming, baking, or cooking.
• Label, date, rotate, and cover prepared product.
• Maintain clean, sanitary merchandising areas and prep spaces.
• Provide courteous customer service; answer phones promptly and politely.
• Maximize sales through proper prep, storage, rotation, and stocking.
• Follow procedures including Weights and Measures and safety guidelines.
• Open, mid, and closing duties; ensure accurate signs and pricing.
• Report safety hazards and violations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
