Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to learn basic knowledge of all products carried in the department.
• Ability to visually examine products for quality and freshness.
• Ability to perform simple math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to follow directions and work with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Check product quality against standards.
• Sort and scan waste accurately.
• Maintain production and back stock areas.
• Stock shelves and keep floors clean and organized.
• Receive and process deliveries and invoices.
• Provide courteous customer service and answer inquiries promptly.
• Assist with opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
• Report safety hazards or violations immediately.
