Sizemore, Inc. in Monticello, MN is seeking an Overnight Floor Care Technician to keep floors and facilities clean during overnight hours. You will operate floor care equipment, maintain hard surfaces, and complete tasks independently while following safety guidelines.

This role is 7 days per week with a consistent overnight schedule and pay of $17.00 per hour. No prior floor care experience is required—training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Previous floor care or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a consistent overnight schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operate floor care equipment such as auto scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums.
• Clean and maintain hard-surface flooring.
• Perform routine floor care to help maintain a clean appearance.

In this role, you'll help maintain floors and facility cleanliness during overnight hours using floor care equipment and cleaning techniques. Pay: $17.00 per hour

Weekly Pay: Every Friday

Schedule: 10:00 PM - 3:15 AM

Approximately 36.75 hours per week

7 days per week

Consistent overnight schedule

Must be available to work a 7-day schedule
