Carlson is hiring an Overnight Floor Care Technician for a location in Uptown Minneapolis, MN. This position is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy working independently and take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and professional environments.

Pay is $16.87/hour with weekly pay every Friday. Schedule: 10:00 PM - 3:00 AM, about 35 hours per week. We train! No floor care experience required; training provided. Must be available to work a 7-day schedule and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Previous floor care or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a consistent overnight schedule.

Responsabilités

• Operate floor care equipment such as auto scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums
• Clean and maintain hard-surface flooring
• Perform routine floor care to help maintain a clean appearance
• Complete assigned cleaning tasks efficiently and independently
