ChristianaCare in Elkton, MD, seeks a Registered Nurse II for the Cecil Campus Float Pool. You will rotate across units on a full-time/flex schedule: 72 hours bi-weekly, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM, with weekend and holiday rotation. The role emphasizes patient advocacy, critical thinking, and compassionate care.

Requirements include BSN; ADN with plan to obtain BSN within 3 years; at least 1 year acute care experience; BLS; ACLS preferred within 3 months of hire. Equal opportunity employer.
