Christiana Care Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse II for the Cecil Campus Float Pool. This full-time/flex position involves 72 hours bi-weekly, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM, overnight shifts with weekend and rotating holidays per department guidelines.

You will work in various units and enhance your nursing skills while caring for diverse patients. Requirements include BSN; ADN candidates must commit to obtaining BSN within three years.

Union Hospital in Elkton, Maryland, a part of Christiana Care Health System is seeking an RN to work in the Float Pool team. In this position, you will work in various units and learn valuable skills.

General Requirements:

• BSN required.


• ADNs candidate are required to commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire can be considered with relevant experience.


• Qualified applicants will have at least one year experience. Acute care required


• BLS required


• ACLS preferred. Must get within 3 months of hire.

Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05
