Taymax Group, a Planet Fitness franchisee, is hiring a Front Desk Associate in Corona, CA. The role focuses on greeting members, answering calls, processing sign-ups, tours, and ensuring a welcoming experience in a fast-paced club.

You will assist the Club Manager, maintain clean facilities, help with accounts, and perform daily tasks within the first hour of shift. A positive attitude, reliability, and basic computer skills are essential to support our Judgement Free Zone.

Mansioni

• Greet members and guests and provide exceptional service.
• Answer phones and assist callers with inquiries.

• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and escalate as needed.
• Complete daily cleaning tasks and assist with priority projects.
