Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers with a smile and learning their names.
• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, discipline, and evaluate department employees.
• Determine department goals with the Store Director and write the department work schedule.
• Manage inventory, pricing, and display quality to ensure freshness and profitability.
