Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service and greet customers with a smile.
• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, discipline, and evaluate department employees.
• Determine department goals with the Store Director and write the department work schedule.
• Establish a daily work plan and communicate with staff about sales and ideas.
• Inspect signage, displays, pricing, and freshness of merchandise; order replenishment.
• Analyze weekly/monthly sales, trends, and write ads for promotions.
• Manage department inventory and plan displays, promotions, and pre-orders.
• Ensure proper temperatures and storage procedures for freshness and shrink control.
• Maintain equipment and handle confidential information with discretion.
