A Place At Home is seeking an Overnight Fall Prevention Aide to provide non-medical care during the 10:00 PM–6:00 AM shift. The role focuses on keeping clients safe, reducing fall risk, and offering reassurance and companionship through the night in a home-care setting.
Responsibilities include monitoring, assistive transfer, hygiene support, safety checks, and timely reporting to the supervisor. CNA/HHA certification and CPR/First Aid are preferred.

The Overnight Fall Prevention Aide provides attentive, non-medical care and supervision during overnight hours (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) to ensure the safety and well-being of clients at risk of falls. This role focuses on maintaining a safe environment, offering reassurance, and providing supportive care to promote client independence and peace of mind.
The Aide will observe, assist, and respond promptly to clients’ needs throughout the night while following company policies, safety protocols, and care plans.
