Job summary

Volunteers of America Northern California and Northern Nevada seeks an overnight Facility Assistant for The Village on Sage Street in Reno, NV. You will support tenants, maintain security, and perform housekeeping tasks during the 12:00 am to 8:00 am shift.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly with tenants and staff.
• Must have CPR and First Aid training within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to work irregular hours and be a team player.
• Computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily reports and assist with tenant leases and community operations.
• Provide awake shift coverage and maintain grounds security.
• De-escalate crises and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Perform housekeeping, janitorial, and maintenance tasks.
• Explain program rules to tenants and ensure safety.
