Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in hotel engineering, maintenance, or facilities.
• 1+ year of experience in safety, security, or loss prevention.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently overnight.
• Computer proficiency (basic systems, reporting, and security platforms).
• Flexible availability, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable attendance and professional accountability.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and conduct property patrols
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical repair work
• Frequent bending, climbing, pushing, and reaching
• Ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations
