Qualifications

• Must lift/carry up to 75 pounds.
• Good physical and mental health for the job site.
• Maintain non-judgmental attitude with customers and staff.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification; if not, obtain within 2 months.
• Successful background check required.
• Guard Card training within 30 days and maintained thereafter.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide security presence and monitor facility cameras during hours.
• Report security and maintenance issues via log, email, or phone.
• Exercise sound judgment and work independently overnight.
• Follow nightly script to secure doors, windows, and gates.
• Review camera footage and save clips for management.
• Supervise cleaners and vendors while on site.
• Interact courteously with clients and staff.
• Use office equipment to communicate with staff and vendors.
• Maintain an accurate communication log for management.
• Assist with basic setup of furniture and equipment for programs.

Education
