Job summary

Syner‑G seeks a Facilities Technician II to manage day-to-day building and plant operations, including labs and utilities. You will perform inspections, maintain records, and be on-call for emergencies, ensuring GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with technical certifications or vocational training.
• 2–6 years of Project/Facilities Engineering experience or equivalent.
• Facilities background and GMP cleanroom experience preferred.
• CAPEX experience.
• Process equipment experience.
• Understanding of facility systems, utilities, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate, and oversee external service providers for routine CM/PM tasks.
• Support verification and maintenance with PIDs, HVAC, electrical systems and PFDs.
• Ensure Corrective and Preventive Maintenance tasks are completed per SOPs.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies with proper procedures.
• Maintain documented records of inspections and repairs.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality control, and R&D to meet facility needs.
